Annual Meeting
ISBT holds its annual meeting each spring to transact the Society's business, to provide a forum for presentation of scientific and technical papers and for meetings of the Technical Committees. In addition, seminars are organized and prepared by the Technical Committees to achieve the Society's objectives. The Annual Meeting location varies each year. The Proceedings of the Annual Meeting are published and sent to all ISBT members (CD's of proceedings are available from ISBT). Attendance at meetings of the Society is limited to registered members along with registered guests who have been invited by the Program Committee.

The Society presents two awards at the Annual Meeting
The Best Paper Award is presented in recognition of superior quality of content and delivery of a paper in the General Session of the previous year's Annual Meeting. The Best Committee Award is presented to the Technical Committee that is judged to have contributed most to achieving the objectives of the society during the previous year.
