BevTech® '11

Annual Meeting

ISBT holds its annual meeting each spring to transact the Society's business, to provide a forum for presentation of scientific and technical papers and for meetings of the Technical Committees. The Annual Meeting location varies each year. The Proceedings of the Annual Meeting are published and available online to all ISBT members (CD's of proceedings are available from ISBT). Attendance at meetings of the Society is limited to registered members along with registered guests who have been invited by the Program Committee.

If you are not a member of ISBT, you must join the Society first in order to register and attend. Once your application has been approved, you will be able to register. BevTech '11 Technology Exposition & Networking Reception

Thank you for your interest in the first ISBT BevTech '11 Technology Exposition and Networking Reception. We have filled our exhibitor spaces and are no longer accepting exhibitor registration forms. If you are attending BevTech '11, please be sure to join us for this great event on Sunday evening from 5-9 p.m. at the Broward County Convention Center. Attendance at this event is included in your BevTech '11 registration. The Convention Center is a short 300 foot walk from the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina Hotel and we will have continuous shuttle service from the hotel and back on Sunday evening. Directions will be available at the registration desk as well. If you choose to walk, the main entrance to the convention center is Eisenhower Blvd. (via 17th Street) and / or Spangler / State Road 84. There will be multiple networking opportunities and a food and beverage happy hour will be located in the exhibition area for all attendees.

Food Safety Symposium

Make sure you plan to attend the Food Safety Symposium in Fort Lauderdale immediately following BevTech '11 on Thursday, April 14, from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. The Symposium will cover several issues of interest to beverage companies and their suppliers. This symposium will include presentations on several critical components of food safety; regulatory requirements of the recently enacted Food Safety Modernization Act, ensuring the safety and integrity of municipal water supplies used in bottling and canning, threat and vulnerability assessments in bottling plants and a special presentation from FDA's Office of Criminal Investigations. This is a must-attend event, especially for those involved in overseeing food safety within beverage companies and suppliers to the industry. Click here to view the full program. Speakers include:
