Dubai Drink Technology Expo (DDTE) is the premier specialized event in the MENA region for the beverage industry. ISBT holds its annual meeting each spring to transact the Society's business, to provide a forum for presentation of scientific and technical papers and for meetings of the Technical Committees. The Annual Meeting location varies each year. The Proceedings of the Annual Meeting are published and sent to all ISBT members (CD's of proceedings are available from ISBT). Attendance at meetings of the Society is limited to registered members along with registered guests who have been invited by the Program Committee.
